Library Learning and Teaching: Programme

We believe that teaching is best delivered when it is underpinned by these basic principles:

• Integrated: We deliver sessions as part of the module teaching schedule.
• Timely: We plan sessions just before an assignment or just after feedback.
• Collaborative: We develop the sessions in partnership with the module tutor.
• Active: Teaching sessions include interactive learning elements and hands-on experience.

Due to the flexible nature of our sessions, we can support specific groups within our community, including those returning to education and students from overseas.

We can deliver our sessions virtually or face to face, to support a blended learning approach.

The programme outlines the suggested session types and delivery styles that we offer. We recommend meeting with your LTRS Librarian as we can build sessions/ programmes to suit your specific needs.
