We want to make sure your students have access to the resources they need to succeed in their studies.

How to request resources

You can request resources in a variety of ways:

  • Add all resources which support your teaching to your module Resource Lists. We will ensure any newly added resources are made available, including digitised chapter requests.
  • Purchase suggestions (books, sheet music, DVDs, etc.) which are not for module teaching purposes can be requested via Your Choice@BCUlibrary.
  • You can request a subscription to new journals or e-resources (MS Forms).
  • To request a copy of a journal article, or to borrow a book from another institution, use the Inter-Library Loan service.

Collection Management Policy

We have a e-first policy for our collections and aim wherever possible to supply material in a digital format.
