Recognising your own strengths and weaknesses will help you improve on the skills you have academically, professionally and personally. Birmingham City University are offering access to the Digital Skills @ BCU Discovery Tool to help you evaluate and boost your digital literacy. Regularly visiting the tool will help you monitor your progress, and measure the differences you are making.

  Meet the team

The Customer Services librarians are available via chat, or you can pop into Curzon Library 11am-4pm Monday-Friday and visit us at the help desk. We can offer guidance and support in searching, referencing and using the library resources. Library Advisors are available Monday-Friday 9am-6pm for general library queries.
