Bringing the Library to You: Mental health

The library offers both physical and online resources to support your studies whether you are on campus or working from your local coffee shop. This guide is to help you make the most of studying from whatever location you choose.

There is a lot of information on the Mental Health and Wellbeing website which may help you in times of need.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing team provide support relating to students mental health and wellbeing by telephone appointments. 

Students can contact the team with queries or advise about support summaries via email SA.wellbeing@bcu.ac.uk (email staffed Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or call  0121 331 5188 (student emergencies only).
