Liaison Librarians offer one-to-one tutorials, workshops and drop-in sessions on literature searching, planning and support.

The Centre for Academic Success and the Personal Development Department (Faculty of Health, Education and Life Sciences at City South Campus) offer tutorials and workshops on dissertation, language and referencing support.

Library Help

The Library's live chat service is run by library staff, able to answer questions on our services and resources. Outside of core hours, the service is staffed by professional librarians at our partner libraries. If you need help, click the button below to start a chat.

Online support

Library Help is Library and Learning Resources online support service available to students 

and staff of the University wherever you are. Library Help offers a Live Chat service and E-mail through which you can seek support from a member of the Library staff. There is also a Frequently Asked Questions database which can be searched.
